Dress for success; that's what everyone always says, right? Well I think is true in all aspects of our day, including our workouts. When I workout the first thing I think about is function {i.e. good support, modesty, material}, but not too far behind that I'm also thinking about fashion. While you will NOT see me with a face full of make-up or my hair done at the gym--unless I came straight from work, then the hair is somewhat done but the makeup has been removed as much as possible with these--I will also not be in a ratty cut-off from an 8th grade basketball tournament. I believe that if I look good, I am more confident. When I'm more confident, I think it comes out in my workouts and allows me to push my limits.
