When making a decision on new clothes, shoes, or an accessory I always try and put together three ways I will wear or utilize the piece in my head before I pull the trigger. Of course there are some times when I end up coming home with one-time-only items but I try to keep that to a minimum. It's my goal to make sure the purchase is somewhat necessary and that I truly will be getting good wear or use out of it. Last month when looking online at Sweetest Stitch, I immediately took notice of this oversized, poncho-ish sweater. In my mind I checked off my 'three' outfit boxes thinking I could style it with white skinnys & tan wedged booties, with slim destructed denim & heels, and with leggings and boots. Check, check, and check, so into my online cart it went but once it was delivered I instead went wayyy outside of my usual combinations and decided to have a bit more fun with what is otherwise a fairly basic sweater.
