My love for reading books is nothing new. This love started when I was young, before I can really remember actually. I use to watch my dad buy new books from Barnes & Noble and wait until he was finished to get my chance to read whatever he had picked out...this is probably where my preference for mystery, crime, and legal-suspense novels came from. Before an age at which I probably should have been reading the likes of Stephen King and John Grisham, I had re-read The Shining and The Pelican Brief. At the beginning of the Summer I made a short 'Bucket List' of sorts and on it was to read 10 books. As of this past Sunday afternoon, I was able to cross that off my list! Below are the 10 books I finished {you'll definitely notice a 'girly' trend in most of them, but I tend to reach for 'lighter' books while I'm laying out and/or traveling} and a quick clip on what I thought of a few of them!
